I'm making plans to double up my exercise.
Go to the gym in the morning before work and after work (excepting when I have plans and then I'll go during lunch).

I think it's doable.

  1. Wow you go girl! I think it is doable but make sure you dont burn out. Years ago I was going to the gym twice a day. (It helped that I worked in one) I couldnt keep it up for long but was still a good boost in the right direction x

  2. well (1) I didn't make it in this morning. My alarm went off at 6... and I woke up at 7:20. I shall Wii a bit, but it's not the run i was hoping for and (2) i just want to prime the pump... do it for a few weeks until I find a groove in the gym.

  3. I think it's an awesome idea!! Good to jump start your program. The very first morning that I intended to go to the gym, I completely slept through my alarm. Glad you got up and got moving somehow though and good luck tomorrow!

  4. You know, I'm thankful for every day I wake up and get moving. There were plenty of days when I'd wake up and not be able to get out of bed, stand up straight, or even walk. While I have an eye on the future, i have to remind myself of where i began.
