After a busy short-week, including running around helping my boss with an alumni party, I was absolutely spent/tired/used up.

I could try to explain this, but this says it all:

I've also been bad and not food logging. I should do that, eh?

So do you ever just need a weekend on the couch doing a whole lot of nothing to recover from a busy week?


Sometimes you need a weekend to recover from the weekend, too!


Great app. Which one are you using? And I totally agree w/ Natalie. Sometimes you just need to rest and recover. :)


I use the BodyMedia Armband and App.

I think rest/recovery is so very important... and so is being able to be mentally okay with not going balls to the wall all the time.
